Despite being a studio this room can be closed off from the remainder of the unit by a sliding wood door. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa, end table, and 42in LCD TV. The kitchenette comes equipped with two stove-top burners, a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, set of glasses, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking utensils.

An additional option for larger families or groups of friends who do not want to pay the cost of a larger 2 bedroom unit can rent both studios to sleep up to 8 and leave the adjoining door open to allow for larger combined space.
