The bedroom has a king-sized bed with pillow top mattress and duvet, nightstand, dresser, and 42in LCD TV. Despite being a studio this room can be closed off from the remainder of the unit by a sliding wood door. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa, coffee and end table, and 42in LCD TV. The kitchenette comes equipped with two stove-top burners, a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sets of plates, glasses, silverware, and basic cooking utensils.

Unit 3702 has a balcony with two chairs and a table allowing you to sit outside and enjoy your meal and a drink with mountain views from the 7th floor.

An additional option for larger families or groups of friends who do not want to pay the cost of a larger 2 bedroom unit can rent both studios to sleep up to 8 and leave the adjoining door open to allow for larger combined space.
