Rent Both Condos - Sleep Up to 8 People

You can choose to rent between two studios, one (3702) is slightly larger and has a balcony allowing you to sit outside to enjoy your meal and a drink with mountain views from the 7th floor, the other (3704) is almost identically well appointed but does not have the balcony. An additional option for larger families or groups of friends who do not want to pay the cost of a larger 2 bedroom unit can rent both studios to sleep up to 8 and leave the adjoining door open to allow for larger combined space.

These studios are BRAND NEW. Each unit has custom-made wood cabinetry, granite countertops, tiled floor and shower stall with a bench in the bathroom, steam shower, and stainless steel appliances. Extra linens, blankets and towels will be available in addition to an iron and ironing board. Access to the internet is available for a fee.

Each bedroom has a king-sized bed with pillow top mattress and duvet, nightstand, dresser, and 42in LCD TV. Despite being a studio this room can be closed off from the remainder of the unit by a sliding wood door. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa, coffee and end table, and 42in LCD TV. The kitchenette comes equipped with two stove-top burners, a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, set of plates, glasses, silverware, and basic cooking utensils.
